Statistics

When you enter the user interface, you will find the "Statistics" tab in the menu on the left. This section of the Decent.ec platform provides access to key data and statistics related to energy production and consumption, along with their visual representations.

1. To enter the section, click on the "Statistics" tab.

2. The charts in this section each display the most important production and consumption data in an easy-to-understand, transparent visual format.

Individual Production and Consumption

The top chart shows your own energy production and consumption data broken down by day.

By default, the chart displays both types of data, but you can click the “Consumption” and “Production” icons at the bottom of the window to view the amount of energy produced or used on a given day separately.

By clicking the title of the “Individual Production and Consumption” chart, you can also view the data in full-screen mode.

In full-screen mode, you can click the dropdown menu to select the time range for displaying the energy traffic data. By default, the system shows daily data for the current month [One month (last)], but you can change this by choosing from the following options:

  • Year to date

  • One year

  • One week

  • One Day

  • Range picker

Billing Estimate

3. Directly below the "Individual Production and Consumption" chart, there are two additional charts. The one on the left, titled "Billing Estimate," shows the expected amount of your next monthly energy bill.

IMPORTANT! The amount displayed here is only an estimate, calculated by the system based on weather forecasts (for production) and consumption habits (for usage). The final amount may change to some extent by the end of the billing period.

You can view this chart in full-screen mode by clicking on its title.

Energy Flow

4. The chart on the right, titled "Energy Flow," shows how the produced and consumed electricity moved within the community. Based on this, the chart may display:

  • producers

  • consumers

  • the energy provider

  • the local municipality

  • various community energy storage units

Clicking the "Energy Flow" chart title opens the data in full-screen mode.

Here, too, you can use the dropdown menu to select the time range you want to display. By default, the chart shows the previous month’s [One month (last)] energy flow data, but this can be changed using the following options:

  • Year to date

  • One year

  • One week

  • One day

  • Range picker

Daily Energy Production and Consumption

5. Smart meters integrated into our energy community systems record both production and consumption every 15 minutes. These data are visualized in the “Daily Energy Production and Consumption” pie chart.

By default, the pie chart displays both production and consumption data simultaneously. However, by clicking the “Consumption” and “Production” icons below the chart, you can also view the data separately.

Clicking the chart title opens the data in full-screen mode. You can also select a time range using the dropdown menu on this interface. By default, the chart displays data from the past month [One month (last)], but you may choose from the following predefined periods:

  • Year to date

  • One year

  • One week

  • One day

  • Range picker

Aggregated Community Energy Flow

6. In the third row, two more charts are displayed. The chart on the left, “Aggregated Community Consumption,” visualizes the combined energy use of all community members and how the produced energy is distributed at the community level.

This chart shows how much of the total production is used locally, how much is stored, and how much is fed back into the grid. It also displays the proportions of energy consumption that come from local production, stored energy, or external (imported) sources.

You can view the chart in full-screen mode by clicking the title bar. Here, too, the dropdown menu allows you to select a time range. By default, the chart shows data from the past month [One month (last)], but you can change the period using the following options:

  • Year to date

  • One year

  • One week

  • One day

  • Range picker

Monthly Energy Costs

7. This column chart shows your energy costs broken down by month. By default, it displays the last closed month, the current month, and the estimated cost for the next month.

Clicking the different coloured bars allows you to view different types of data, such as:

  • Energy price based on universal service: shows how much you would pay if you were not a member of an energy community

  • Actual amount paid: your specific costs

  • Market price: shows how much you would pay at market price without government subsidies

Clicking on the chart title opens the chart in full-screen mode.
